Owner and Chef John Shaw with his wife, Thea, amaze customers with naturally prepared cuisine that tempts the eye and astounds the palate. You'll never find anything processed in his kitchen! John's award winning salads are world renowned, reason alone to dine at the Cape Neddick eatery. Trained at the New England Culinary Institute, John is an artist in his element. From homemade breads and pastas to decadent desserts, John's devotion to creating healthy foods for the gourmet enthusiast knows no limits.
